Manuel Arthur Mesa is a Florida attorney with more than three decades of experience in litigation and appellate practice. He earned his law degree from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law, and was admitted to The Florida Bar on May 31, 1991. He is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and a member of its Appellate Practice Section.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mesa has represented clients in complex litigation and appellate matters, with substantial experience in Miami-Dade County and international matters involving Latin America, England, and Spain. His practice has included disputes involving commercial and corporate interests, civil litigation, and matters requiring advocacy before appellate courts.

Among his notable appellate representations are matters before Florida's District Courts of Appeal. These include De Matos Rebolledo v. Cambero Cordero, in which Mr. Mesa represented the appellants in consolidated appeals involving questions of jurisdiction, and Publicidad Vepaco, C.A. v. Mezerhane, involving litigation between Venezuelan corporations and individuals in Florida.
